In this episode Sheriff Stephen J. takes you with him on his daily rounds of the town, where he meets, Eric, an artist that takes discarded paint cans, paint can lids and old paint and turns them into forms of artwork, Norman Tinker, a welder who takes old discarded metal and metal objects and welds them into unusual sculptures (Mr. Dill is accidentally added to a piece) and Wesley Reddick, a wood worker who takes old and discarded wood and transforms them into sculptures and useful objects.
