Legislative Update with State Representative Tesha Buss

State Representative Tesha Buss (Woodstock-Plymouth-Reading) joins the Vermont Standard's Tom Ayres to provide another update from the legislative session and her work on the House Education Committee. The topic today is on school construction aid in the State of Vermont; a legislative task force has been created to explore ways in which the State may lend financial assistance to school building projects going forward. This has significance locally in Re. Buss's District, as the Mountain Views Supervisory Union has proposed a major renovation & construction project for Woodstock Union High School & Middle School. A bond vote to finance the project will be on the Town Meeting Day ballots in all the Towns within the Supervisory Union district. This program is produced in partnership with Vermont Journal.
