Legislative Wrap-Up from Windsor Co. Senators

The three Windsor County State Senators - Alison Clarkson, Dick McCormack, & Alice Nitka - provide a summary on the legislative session, which just adjourned. They offer additional thoughts on the end of this historic biennium in the Vermont legislature, which mostly involved having to legislate remotely, using video conferencing, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With the end of the legislative biennium, the Senators also briefly discuss their plans for the future. Senator Alice Nitka of Ludlow makes an important announcement regarding her candidacy for another term. She has served in the Senate for the last 16 years, and prior to that, served in the House as a State Representative.
