New England Clean Power Link Open House

TDI New England hosted an informational open house @ Ludlow Town Hall to begin the process of presenting its plans for the New England Clean Power Link, a proposed privately-financed high voltage transmission line from the Quebec border, running beneath Lake Champlain and across VT to a new station in Ludlow.
