VT Interstate Systems- Road to Change (w/ intro. & interview)

Black River High School sophomores Noah Schmidt & Newt Rose team up on another documentary entry into the Vermont History Day project. This year's production is "Vermont Interstate Systems- Road to Change", chronicling the build-out of the interstate highways in the State, beginning in the 1960s. This program begins with a brief introduction & interview with the student filmmakers.
