Opening of Operation Ludlow at the Community Center

After the flood hit, and realizing there were community members in need, Ludlow resident Paula VanGuilder sprang into action. Together with a team of dedicated volunteers and with the generous support of Shaw's Supermarkets, she has helped transform the Ludlow Community Center into "Operation Ludlow". The site is a place for those in need to get food, bottled water, cleaning supplies, and other household goods, all offered at no charge. These items have all been donated! Operation Ludlow is open everyday while the need is there, from 10am to 5pm. Additionally, there is a disaster relief fund that has been established through a partnership between the Okemo Valley Chamber of Commerce, Ludlow Rotary Club, and the Town & Village of Ludlow.
