Springfield Vermont has had its share of hard economic times since the manufacturing plants that once powered its local economy began closing down in the 1980's but things are starting to turn around now, and one local organization, Springfield On The Move, is helping to move that along. We talk with their executive director, Jessica Martin, about how they're doing it.
